Do I have to be in great shape to participate?
No. This is for all fitness levels. Coach Purvis has coached elite athletes, but his life’s work is helping people at every stage build strength, confidence, and healthier habits.
What if I have injuries, limitations, or haven’t trained in years?
You are welcome here. Coach’s genius is knowing how to modify movement, meet people where they are, and build progress without pushing people into injury.
Is this like a normal gym class?
No. This is live coaching, not random workouts. Sessions are guided with structure, encouragement, movement awareness, and modifications so each person can improve safely and consistently.
Who is this experience for?
It’s for residents and staff who want to move better, feel stronger, build healthier routines, and be part of a positive community. Beginners, former athletes, busy professionals, older adults, and anyone ready to start again all belong here.
What makes Coach Purvis different?
Coach Purvis brings more than 30 years of championship-level coaching and team-building experience, but his real gift is making people feel supported, encouraged, and capable. He knows how to challenge people without breaking them down.
What is the goal of this community?
The goal is simple: help people move better, feel stronger, live healthier, and grow older with strength through movement, recovery, connection, and accountability.
